Cutting latex can you help?

I just got a new pull on latex hood and the eye holes are too small and the mouth hole is too small. Do you have any suggestions on how to cut them without ruining the hood? thanks

take a piece of chalk while you have the hood on and make a rough outline of how you want the eyes and mouth holes to be. next take the hood off and cut (with a sharp pair of scissors) a little below the line just incase you mess up. make sure you round the edges! if you leave them square the latex could rip make sure to round the edges. you have to pull the latex and turn your hand while cutting for round edges. stay with the same cut you make for smooth edges. hope this helps thats what i did with the one I have. steady hands!

Yep - steady hands, take your time and use the sharpest scissors you can find.
Even beter is if you can lay the area you want to cut flat on a cutting bourd and use a sharp cutting wheel.
