Hi Norman, I downloaded the second set of innocent latex lolita and I am Not able to see downloaded pics 23 through 41 of innocent latex lolita. I have tried to copy and paste them from your website and am still not able to see the pics. Can you help out with this? Thanks

that's really strange. I've just downloaded the archives in all image resolutions of the recent update without any problems. However, I will follow this problem but maybe you can help me with answering some questions: Did you got an error message or was the download successful? Which image resolution did you tried to download? If the download was ok could you open the archive? Maybe the download was stopped because of an interrupted connection so did you've tried to download the archive again? Finally, which browser do you use and do you have a program to secure the internet? It should be no trouble with such a program but maybe some are a little too secure.
I'm sure the problem will be solved quickly with your information.

I've had the same problem Norman, no error messages and I've managed to download every update - video and pictures - thus far with no problems. I tried the 3000 pixel and the 1600 pixel downloads and both are the same, with Internet Explorer, pics 21 and 22 are fine, then pics 23 through 41 of this set are just a small 'dot' in the middle of the screen. Hope you can fix this.

That's really strange but be sure we will solve this problem as soon as possible. I just need to find it because it's working here without any problems
It would be fantastic if you send me one example archive or picture which is not working for you. Just send it via email so I can look if the compression has problems or if the image is damaged.

The download was successful. The image resolution is 3000. I could open up the archive but there is just a small black dot in the center where the pics should be. I've tried to download 3 times and used different programs like winrar and winzip. I am using foxfire. I will try a send a pic like you suggested via e-mail. Thanks again for looking into this little bug.

Got it! But at first thank you for reporting me this bug.

We were in need to update our software as it was not working anymore on our computer. This update has caused a small change of the image structure (JFIF > EXIF) which made images for XP systems invalid if they are downloaded. Because I don't run XP I've not noticed this problem here. After some checks I've found the problem and now the image files should be viewable with every program on every operating system.

Furthermore, we've made big change in video compression: From now the videos will not be able to download in Real Media (rmvb files) as this codec is not supported or continued anymore. Beside the great quality of Quicktime and WindowsMedia we added the third video alternative MPEG4 which is currently personal favorite. I think the video quality compared to wmv or mov is slightly better. I recommend to give it a try. Your feedback is much appreciated.
