New Link List

Cool. I like the new layout of the link list.
Usually I don't like them much, because you never see what kind of page to expect behind a link. But with this short description and the title it gives a more serious and thoughtful impression.

What I wanted to ask by the way, how come your link list with all these banners is loaded so fast? Does it has to do with the server or its location or is that just luck for me?

Thank you Pete for your friendly critism! Well I don't know whether our linklist is faster than other lists or not but I've tried with different caches speeding up the calculations. Perhaps my efforts were successful.

At this point an other question to everybody. I've rarely but sometimes a problem while visiting our website. The problem is that pictures aren't shown but I know they are there! For example the banner on the top right of bodycult. This banner is always the same image but occasionally this image is shown as "not available" in the IE (the image with the cross on white white background). If I'm clicking the same page or choose another page the image will be shown again. This exception happends not only with the banner so my question to everybody is: Do you know this error and happend it also to you sometimes? I ask because I'm not sure whether there is a problem with the sever or my internet connection.

Hi Norman,

If I understand it right you have got a problem with the bodycult logo. I use the IE and Mozilla but never had a problem with that logo. Mayby there is a problem with your ie-cache or have you got a proxy/ router in between. Sometimes they make funny thing...
